A future-state vision for buying a home.

I joined Newrez to lead a small team of designers in defining the future state of the customer experience in collaboration with the product team.

We conducted research into the needs of customers and the infrastructure required to deliver on those needs. From there we formulated a vision of a cohesive and wide ranging experience.
